  • Festival attendance increased 80% from previous year (6,213 to 11,183).

  • 282 memberships were sold at festival.

  • Event helps Conner Prairie record its highest annual general attendance in its 80-year history (428,602 attendees in 2017).


 
 

WHAT I DID

Event Webpage

  • The previous year’s webpage didn’t have much information on it, so I added detail-rich content that was good for SEO.

  • This webpage got 13,578 pageviews in the month leading up to the event, second only to the homepage.

  • Organic search was the main way users reached this page.

Email Marketing

  • I wrote all the copy and built the email using Salesforce Email Studio.

  • The email had a 22% open rate, and a 2.8% click-through rate.
